We are seeking to hire a Store Services Executive who will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the stores. Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
* Visit the stores to provide his line manager with a maintenance snag list
* Carry out all maintenance jobs related to electricity
* Outsource technicians to carry out all maintenance jobs other than electricity
* Perform preventive maintenance for the stores
* Purchase minor tools and material needed for the maintenance of the stores
* Supervise the cleaning staff and ensure that the cleaning is up to the company standard
About You
As a Store Service Executive, you need to demonstrate the following experiences, qualities & skills:
