We are seeking to hire a Service Center Manager to insure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to :
* Achieve required revenue 
* Achieve required CSI.
* Honda deal clinic score
* Fix it right first time
* Achieve the required utilization percentage of the S/C  
* Achieve the required productivity  percentage of the S/C
* Control the warranty operation

About You
As a Service Center Manager, you need to demonstrate the following Experiences, Qualities & Skills :

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

BSc.  Mechanical Engineer

Minimum Experience:

10 years with Min Of 5 years in Automotive business

Job-Specific Skills:
* Automotive Technical background specially in distributor's 
* Customer handling 
* Warranty policies and knowledge
* Excellent English language
* High computer skills   

Behavioural Competencies :
* Team leader
* Ability in solving problems
* Decision maker
* Customer oriented
* Understand customers need
* Coach and Guide Technician's and other service members .
