Job Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities for the role will include but not limited to:

• Handle sales representative.
• Handling all the customer complains.
• Assist the department head in planning, coordinating and executing required sales functions and procedure.
• Oversee overall daily sale operation and ensure smooth operation as reqired. Orient, trains, schedules, monitors and provide direction to all sales staff.
• B2C Sales Knowledge.
• Retail Sales Knowledge.
• Well presented and good attitude.
• Excel knowledge.
• Leadership skills.
