Major duties and responsibilities
Customer Experience:
• Providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience
• Greet & Farewell the customer with warmth, courtesy & invite him to revisit our store.
• Advising & offering the best fit to the customer
• Fulfilling the customer need with speed & simplicity
• Handle customers' inquiries & complaints in a positive manner
• Supporting in maintaining the store's look & feel standards at all times
• Helping with arranging effective displays within the store.
• Prepare delivery orders
• Arrange and clean products
Operation:
Following operating procedures like:
• Processing transactions quickly and accurately
• Accurately handle cash
• Accurately handle inventory
• Training on used software, hardware and point of sale
• Handling and following up on special orders accurately
• Support retail outdoor activities & events when required
Targets:
• Achieve sales targets & revenue targets
