In addition to these responsibilities. He has numbers of important accountabilities, including the following: Planning: •Provide monthly IMS and estimated volume of activity. •Lay down a yearly operational agenda / customer along with the sales animation scheme Implementation: • Provide direction for implementation through operational teams • Deliver volume, turnover and expected execution • Monitor implementation of Business operational plan • Monitor progress versus targets across customers. • Weekly review with sales management team. • Quarterly review of work plan with management • Monthly review + adjustment proposal for KPI’s performance Coaching: • Support the distributors in their negotiations with the key customers. • Coach the negotiation process for annual contracts and punctual activities. Information: • Build fact book for key customers with full profile + strategy definition and update • Secure data from key customers to improve coordination and execution • Track and report competition’s 4Ps initiatives • Analyze promotions and initiatives for improved execution
