We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Account Manager to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned and new customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal staff to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. You will search for new customers inside Egypt and in other selected Arab and African countries and build a long lasting relationship with them.
 
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

“Go the extra mile” to drive sales

- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal  stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with internal staff to ensure growth attainment and sales targets achievement
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
 
REPORTING:
• Reports directly to Sales Supervisor.
