• Scheduling of maintenance technicians and other manpower deployment in coordination with the concerned supervisors depending on the nature of job.
• Oversee the repairs, maintenance and upkeep of the company properties supervised by various supervisors. Managing residential compound, commercial, shopping complexes, warehouses, labour camps and provide technical guidance to comply with the required standards.
• Verify / Control material purchases for maintenance work.
• Thorough knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office is must.
