The Logistics/Supply Chain Executive will coordinate and offer the in-bound and out-bound logistics services with respect to loose diamonds, raw materials, ready-made products as well as shipments of other supplies as required by different Al Zain stores.
o Coordinate supply of finished goods from suppliers to head office / stores.
o Coordinate and arrange for shipment of loose diamonds procured from different places and required to be brought to Bahrain for production of jewellery.
o Coordinate and arrange shipment of store supplies including carry bags, boxes, ribbons, gift items for customers, cards, business cards, furniture (like cupboard, chairs, cabinets, trays for display of jewellery, etc).
o Tracking of each shipment by date, certificate of origin and invoice details.
o Completing the formalities of import / export form in case of hand carried goods.
o Completing additional documentation formalities in case of replacement of goods (typical to goods manufactured in Bahrain and brought back into Bahrain).
o Assist Al Zain team in setting up shops in exhibitions by ensuring transport of required goods, furniture as well as jewellery to the exhibitions.
