The Role:
You will work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximize sales, provide leadership that optimizes sales results with specific ownership for customer experience on the sales floor, drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies in customer experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
* At least 3 years' retail store management experience.
* Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance.
