- General Management
* Perform overall management of the the companies in all areas such as sales, engineering, operations and administration.
* Prepare a business plan at the start of each year comprising of sales forecast, business costing and budget preprations.
* Develop and identify key market segments
* Identify and maintain business partnerships
* Establish and maintain business relations with suppliers
 
- Financial Management
* Approve expense of petty cash
* Timely Procurement
* Procurement through KCS (Main Office)
* Analysing customer recievables and cross referencing with KCS finance.
* Receiving Payments
* Ensuring KCS finance is updated with the receipts of payments and bank status
* Ensure monthly attendance is compiled and submitted to KCS
 
-Manage technical side of operations
* Assisting project managers and technicians on installation and testing
* Random checking of the systems for qualtiy purpose
* Project designing and implementation
* Site visits and quality checks
* Maintaining and overseeing the project time-line
 
- Pre-Sales
* Respond to RFP/Tender
* Prepration of scope of work documents, Terms and Conditions
* Design the installation topology and assist in preparing drawings
* Review and approve drawings
* Product Selection and pricing
* Approval of draft BOM/BOQ
* Follow up with KCS team for approval of the BOM
* Oversee the final document and sign out the quotes, proposals and tenders.
 
- Additional Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to all team members
* Maintain the team spirit
* Distribute the work in a balanced manner
* Ensure the work by the team is delivered on time and with quality
* Review and assist the HR issues
* Report to the management on key business areas and activities
* Review and understnd the government laws and policies
* Manage and approve annual leaves for the staff
* Motivate and encourage staff equally and at all times.
