To ensure that the strategic and annual objectives, plans, policies, programs and budgets for the wholesale & carrier services unit are produced in a timely and accurate manner, and that they meet the requirements of the agreed corporate strategies and the company as a whole.

To ensure that the planned revenues are achieved within the allocated operating budget.

To ensure that the growth of the Wholesale business and improvements in KPIs and SLAs are achieved in accordance with the corporate objectives, the Telecommunications Law, Regulations and Determinations by the TRA and the Reference Offer.

To ensure that high levels of Wholesale customer satisfaction are maintained.

Maximising growth opportunities with the entry of new carriers to the market and the expansion of the Batelco Group of companies.

To develop wholesale products and services that meet the requirements of current and potential wholesale clients.

To deliver the required level of Wholesale services while minimising operating expenses on Batelco capacity.

Minimising out-payments for capacity to cable vendors and other International Carriers.

Minimising out-payments for voice termination with International Carriers.

Ensure compliance with all legal obligations and TRA regulations and instructions.
