One of the leading banks in Bahrain is looking for a Structurer - Global Trade Solutions to join their team.
Title: Structurer
Reporting to: Head of Global Trade Solutions
Location: Bahrain
Responsibilities:
Ensures the technical/ operational handling of traditional (vanilla) trade finance transactions for Investment Banking Corporates Clients, under the supervision of the relevant Senior Trade Finance Originators.
Supports trade sales on structured trade and supply chain management solutions from origination to closing for all coverage segments.
Supports the transaction execution from end-to-end, i.e. from credit approval to actual closing (negotiation of the legal documentation, liaison with Syndications and Insurance team, booking…).
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years' experience within the field of Trade Solutions Structuring.
Thorough knowledge of the Global Trade Solutions product offering, including unfunded and funded instruments, combined with a sound understanding of the operational aspects involved in their processing.
Thorough knowledge in L/C. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
