· Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs.
· Oversee employment and recruitment of the station through maintaining relationships with universities and recruitment agencies to ensure recruitment of high caliber candidates.
· Develop processes for employee retention and satisfaction
· Develop and improve company compensation and benefits.
· Provides coaching and counseling for all teams in the station.
· Implement manpower plans to project employment needs.
· Implement performance management to ensure training gaps and succession planning are identified and actioned.
· Identify talent employees to ensure they participate in programs to develop their skills and knowledge
· Upgrade the knowledge and the capabilities of the HR caliber in his station.
· Plan and Set the training budget to ensure meeting training needs of the employees and the organization
· Set, develop and implement a Career Path for employees available in his station in coordination with the Country Manager and the Regional HR Manager.
