• Act as the principal contact between the Vehicle Sales Department and Customers.
• Provide Customer satisfaction while meeting Dealer profit and sales objectives.
• Ensure Customer’s needs are satisfied at all time.
• Effectively implement the Company’s Processes and Standards relevant to this position.
• Conduct the sales and delivery in accordance with Dealer standards.
• Work with the After-sales operations (Service and Parts) to ensure Customers receive best service treatment during the “Ownership Experience”.
• Prospect to Customers using mailers, the telephone, personal contacts, referrals and one-on-one meetings outside the showroom.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and generates leads.
• Maintain a record of all enquiries (telephone, walk-in, etc...) on a daily basis and submit at close of business to Sales Manager.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments to reduce conflict and maximize Dealer profitability.
• Complete all sales documents accurately and promptly.
• Attend training programs as requested by management.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features including: models, series, new features, specifications, prices, colors, options, packs and accessories.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of competitive products.
• Utilize all product information made available by the company.
• Report all Customer complaints (internal and external) and conditions that are adverse to the operational efficiency of the department or achievement of quality.
• Make suggestions for improvement of sales and marketing image, Customer care, safety and any relevant concerns.
• Achieving the Dealer Standards relevant to this position.
• Monthly sales objectives are achieved.
