• Ensure the continuity of goodwill and professional relations by reinforcing the credibility of company goods and services to consumers.
• Responsible for communication & Interface between the company & its consumers.
• Ensure consumer satisfaction for both Retail & HOD business.
• Develop a system for tracking consumer & customer complaints, events, promotion and sales Support.
• Creating a shared value at the village & with our employees.
• Working closely with the factory for quality issue and CSV projects.
• Working very closely with logistics ( warehouse ) to try to reduce & to follow up damaged products .
• Conducting market visit to measure : company image, availability & our product handling and
consumer satisfaction.
• Ensure the best closing of each contact (inquiry, complaints, suggestions etc…) through phone calls, e-mails, internet and visit if necessary also with legal department if essential.
• Interact with QA department to formulate a standard & technical answer for any quality complaints.
• Responsible for Truck branding (layout and execution).
• Handling the monthly customer complaints analysis reports.
