• Sales experience in EQUIPMENT construction, industrial & heavy equipment.
• Schedule daily and weekly sales visits
• Promote Company’s products through daily visits, phone calls & E-mails.
• Find and arrange visits to new customers; introduce company, product range & services.
• Ensure on time delivery; work on customers queries
• Follow up running projects; and keep communication with the concerned parties.
• Ensure product specifications as per customer requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems with concerned department.
• Respond to e-mail & walk customer’s inquiries.
• Invite customers to seminar; demonstrate machines & technical training to gain satisfaction.
• Ensure after sales service; follow up with Spare parts & maintenance departments.
• Keep open communication with customers, update with new product promotions.
• Keep acknowledge with competitor’s status & market changes.
