Administrative Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

-Organize and develop weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
-Update the CRM system with the new projects and clients feedback.
-Prepare and modify all clients’ contracts, Receipts, Reservations.
-Handle the updates on the company website
-Daily update for the listings on several portals
-Check our ads and websites on daily basis and monitor the campaign
-Organize the company files and documents
