1) Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.

2) Ensure Project Controls systems and tools are properly used across the Programme and that Project

Execution Requirements (PERs) are adhered to.

3) Ensure data integrity is maintained through the lifecycle of the Programme.

4) Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.

5) Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.

6) Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the Management and Project Director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.

7) Provide Management with clear visibility of performance, and the implications and movements of cost integrated schedules and change as the programme and its projects progress by maintaining the baselines and audit trails for deliverables and other documentation.

8) Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts. Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.

9) Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by

Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.

10) Deliver timely, accurate and integrated Project Controls information that facilitates a clear understanding of the performance of the Infrastructure Programme and its component projects in relation to planned targets.

11) Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) across the Programme, using Earned Value Analysis (EVA)

Manage the collection and maintenance of all information that supports the reporting of progress, measures achievement, and exception and variances against planned performance / expected benefits in KPIs and business cases.

12) Promote, through word and action, a single integrated team culture that values openness and transparency, and ensures data integrity is maintained throughout the lifecycle of the Programme.

13) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Department Head / Project Manager.
