Description:

- Provide administrative and clerical support along with Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.

- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings and Manage travel and schedules.

- Handle information requests and Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.

- Arrange for in-going and outgoing mails and packages to be picked up, receive and relay telephone messages.

- Prepare statistical reports, spreadsheets, and Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.

- Greet and receive visitor, Coordinates office management activities.

- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly and Prepare agenda for meeting
