• Handle all external inquiries related to the parts inventory; supply and invoice parts against inquiries.
• Follow up on delivery notes.
• Assist parts counter salesmen in issuing parts to customers.
• Coordinate parts claims with suppliers and follow up as necessary. • Maintain updated lists of inventory and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to order required parts and assist with stock orders.
• Act on behalf of the Department Secretary when required.
• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
