Job Summary:
Manage and continually improve ICP for the Development, Asset Management and Adjacent Businesses portfolios
Ensure compliance with ICP Business Planning and Corporate Reporting
Provide ICP support to the Departments and promote good ICP practiceRoles and Responsibilities:
Develop/manage ICP
Develop the ICP tools:
Ensure alignment of ICP, organization structure, roles and responsibilities, the decision making process (RAPID), delegation of authority, and departmental policies and processes
Review and improve business planning process at all phases of ICP
Develop fast-track business planning process for special projects
Design and improve ICP tools, templates and dashboards
Liaise with IT to identify streamlining and automation of ICP
Liaise regularly with division heads to ensure adequate resources (team sponsors) are provided and gather feedback on ICP
Ensure proper communication and provide in-house training to educate the organization on ICP
Lead cross-functional ICP enhancement workshops
Identify issues with the process and develop corrective actionsExecution
Ensure organization compliance with ICP at all phases:
Prepare and distribute all documents required for ICP execution
Co-ordinate ICP calendars for the organization, monitor attendance, and track progress and decisions through ICP
Provide Management with regular updates and raise issues for action

10+ years of experience in a leading real estate developer, preferably in a development role
Has been involved with property development management activitiesInterpersonal skills:
Experience in planning and executing assignments and in handling multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent analytical skills, proven skills in negotiation and problem resolution
Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Skillful with business management, leadership, communication, and strategic approaches and decision making.Key Performance Indicators:
Champion the adaptation of ICP and lead Company implementation by example
Overcome obstacles to ICP and produce Management reports tracking progress
