Provide support in the various human resource functions (recruitment, policies and procedure development, employee relations, performance management).

• Develop job descriptions

• Handle employee relations

• Develop policies and procedures

• Assist the HR Manager in all HR process within the company (Head offices and Branches)

• Identify training and development opportunities

• Screen CVs, interview, select and shortlist candidates

• Analyse training needs in coordination with line managers

• Provide regular reports on HR progress to HRM

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
