Collaborates with the HR team, with the members of the other internal departments, and with all levels of staff in the consulting practice to provide the highest level of customer service to our employees.
Coordinates the performance management and talent development programs.
Provides counsel and advice to employees on a broad range of human capital issues, including: benefits, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and all other HR functional areas.
Implements new or improved HR policies, procedures, programs, initiative and tools, and trains employees accordingly.
Partners with consulting practice stakeholders on projects and initiatives, including those related to benefits, learning and development, performance management, etc.
HR strategic projects and programs, and grows to lead these efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
