- To deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards.
- To produce & serve all drinks and food to brand standards & recipes.
- Maintain stock levels/ availability by replenishing display/ fridges and rotating stock within company guidelines/ planograms.
- To maintain standards of Health, Safety & Cleanliness.
- To upsell and demonstrate product knowledge by answering and suggesting to the customers to maximize sales.
- To operate the till in line with brand training.
- To maintain the inside and patio area clean and walk round making sure all areas are in compliance to company standards.
- To complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule.
