About Your Job::
In this role you will manage multiple HIA Airport Projects by establishing, scheduling, delivering, resource dependencies and risk-management to ensure that the project is delivered in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner. You will assist the HIA IT Project Manager - IT Infrastructure in delivery of all HIA Airport Projects and work program to consistently support and enable the HIA - Airport Management with their large and operationally critical Projects.You will be managing end-to-end ownership of HIA - IT Airport Projects, develop the Project Plan with the HIA - IT team and manage the team's performance. You will be responsible for securing acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders in HIA. You will be managing projects assigned to you by helping client staff in all stages of the project; coordinating all activities with HIA airport departments; interacting and coordinating with government regulatory agencies. You will also be assisting HIA IT Project Manager in developing the business case for any recommended investments in additional consultancy services or new infrastructure.
You will ensure that a consolidated HIA - IT work program plan is established and maintained based on high level planning output from individual projects and that summary reports of all DIA - IT projects in the programme are provided to relevant stakeholders in regular time intervals. In this role you will also be managing and analyzing any change in scope by impact analysis and getting the necessary approvals and updating Project Management Plans. You should ensure that the objectives for the HIA Airport IT Projects are defined to enable measurement of success and reprioritization when conflicts arise. You will also manage the risks and issues from individual HIA - IT projects and prioritise them base.d on risk exposure and assign suitable resources, focused to manage risks with highest impact on the program. You should ensure that specific standards and procedures are followed by all projects are clearly defined and communicated to the individual Project teams across the stake holders and are complied with
About you::
You should hold a Graduate Degree or Diploma in Computer / Engineering or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job related experience. Certifications on CCNA, MCSE & ITIL V3 (Foundation course) is required. You should have experience working with Tier2 and Data Centre Operations. We are looking for someone who has the experience working in 24x365 in a large enterprise environment. Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure (like Servers, Storage, Active and Passive Networks, Wireless, CCTV...Etc.) would be beneficial.
