Talent Acquisition Partner -- Contract Opportunity

We are currently seeking a contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible responsible for leading and supporting full cycle recruitment. This role partners with business leaders and HR Business Partners to hire top talent. They will be conduct deep objective assessment of candidates and coach and develop the business in recruitment best practices, ensuring alignment of strategy by gaining local buy in.

Description

Core Responsibilities:

Leads recruitment activity to include the transition from corporate approvals to determining the recruitment strategy; resume screening and manage application workflow; candidate communication and feedback; telephone screening and face to face competency interviews; interview scheduling;preparing shortlists and candidate summaries; brief hiring managers and stakeholders involved in interviews; facilitate hiring decisions through deep advisory; management of the offer process; facilitate reference checks, etc.

Sources qualified applicants from a variety of creative channels, including contacting leads from social networking, online tools and job boards, referrals and database sourcing. Leverages the recruiting management tool by developing a database and pipeline (iCIMS).

Manages stakeholder expectations. Builds strong relationships and proactively report hiring activity through communication, meetings and tailored reports to key stakeholders.

Reviews, engages and manages vendors and agencies where appropriate. Sets clear expectations; provides timely feedback and liaison with the procurement team where necessary.

Involvement in projects and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition.

Your profile

Skills and Experience Required:

Required Education: Higher education or degree level qualification or equivalent

Required Experience:

Minimum 5 years recruitment experience required; 2 years in-house required

Exhaustive online social network and broad local market knowledge

Proven ability to implement successful, cost-effective and creative sourcing strategies in competitive job market conditions

Extensive expertise conducting web and database searches

Superior applicant tracking and systems experience essential

Solid relationship management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and/or sensitive business information
