-Handling the recruitment cycle process by: (sourcing CVs, interviewing candidates, conducting reference check, and offer negotiation). -Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Research and recommend new sources for active candidate recruiting. -Utilize the Internet for recruitment. -Post positions to appropriate Internet sources -Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment -Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. -Liaise with approved recruitment agencies for CVs supply Coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives -Design job advertisements and publish them in newspapers when needed -Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, and source new candidate leads -Develop & implement headhunting plans -Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications -Conduct first interview with shortlisted candidates and prepare an interview report for each candidate -Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters -Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees
