Primary Objectives
The Reservations Agent is responsible for processing reservations into the PMS. Giving all required infor-mation to the guest ie. Address, direction, rooms, rates, etc. Respond willingly to his/her needs and note down any special requests. Show the efficiency during the guest interaction.
