The Junior Writer/Editor reports to the Senior Editor and serves as an English content writer and editor with excellent command of the English language, both oral and written. The position creates content and provides editorial guidance to the communications staff. A key aspect of this position is to write a variety of materials and be familiar with the various communication formats and platforms as used in the public relations field. Native English speakers are preferred.
Job Description
• Editing and writing a variety of English-language materials required for executing client’s PR activities, including speeches, press releases, feature articles, website articles, blog posts, brochures & pamphlets, formal reports, memos, presentations and other documents
• Generating ideas and consulting with Senior Editor, Account Managers,and other staff for special features and other PR related content
• Verify facts, dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources.
• Working with the Senior Editor, Account Managers, and other staff to ensure the consistent high quality of all content
