IT Engineer, Contact Center
Qualifications: 3 Years Bachelor Degree in IT related courses (Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, etc.)
Experience: Will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Draw up in-depth Scope of Work (SOW) for clients
Design actual Call Flows
Programming / Coding of SOW and Call Flows
Liaise with our partner, Avaya’s technical team to propose, design and implement Contact Center for customer
Assist Manager and mainly Technical Officer in laying the network connectivity for customers and maintaining them
Provide support services of Contact Center
