A leading insurance company Seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to positively impact the culture, mission and values of the organization. Candidate should be driven, hands-on, a strategic Human Resource leader with expertise in guiding and managing the human resource services, policies, procedures, and programs for an organization.
The main job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Recruitment and retention
• Team member performance management and system improvement
• Compliance to regulatory concerns and applicable laws
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Develop the HR strategy and oversee its implementation. Provide guidance to the team on related issues to ensure the HR priorities and business plans are fulfilled and to ensure efficient provision of HR services to the employees.
• Personally lead the implementation of the performance management and appraisal process ensuring that all employees are assesses in a fair and objective manner and a normal curve of ratings distribution is maintained.
• Contribute to the company wide initiatives such as risk analysis and mitigation.
