Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports
Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach
Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy
Assemble and analyze all data relevant to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions and inventory level.
Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future
· Carrying on the weekly meetings with Factories to ensure the adherence to the production schedule & sorting out any problems.
· Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.
· Provides weekly Out-Of-Stock Analysis and expected shortages reports to Demand Manager.
· Monitors and analyses weekly sales patterns and reports deviations to Supply Chain
· Supporting new product launch activities as well as Contributing in managing the Phase In / Phase Out for New Launches.
· Studying and identifying supply capacity to provide matching weekly plan with product sales forecasted targets.
· Providing direction to manufacturing plants to ensure timely product availability.
· Ensuring Master, Rolling and Cumulative Rolling Forecasts are communicated all over the company.
· Participate in Demand Review process including all meeting preparation.
