New Business (Local Market) - Ensuring identification, prioritization & development of New Business BPO / ITES Services.
Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company in new and existing accounts
Achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets.
Establishing the organizations brand name in the select geography and vertical.
Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
Build a personal sales pipeline/funnel to set up for long-term success.
