Your key responsibilities will be:

Coordinate and administer employee benefits in country/region working with Enterprise Services Benefits, Enterprise Services Service Integrator, Human Resources, International Compensation and Benefits, International Payroll and Timekeeping. Activities include but are not limited to:

• Provide eligibility, enrollment, and participant support for new hire, life event, annual and special enrollments

• Deduction processing

• Eligibility and premium reporting

• Invoice coordination

• Employee communications

• Serve as the regional Benefits Services focal to oversee the benefits delivery process framework for the region and track opportunities for improvement

• Represent the country/region for all global benefits delivery improvement activities

• Serve as the regional Benefits Services focal for benefits suppliers under the guidance of ES Benefits Services and International Compensation and Benefits

• Audit supplier compliance to performance standards and report status

• Establish implementation schedules and coordinate with internal organizations (e.g. communications, payroll, etc.) and suppliers to implement country/regional benefit additions and/or changes

• Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries and problems of various complexities. Track and coordinate responses to employee inquiries using tools such as the TotalAccess MET tool

• Facilitate and coordinate functional sub team meetings as needed to address issues or service gaps

• Provide employee benefits presentations, participate in benefits-related employee meetings, and coordinate with the appropriate individuals to ensure benefits-related communications are up-to-date (e.g., Total Compensation Overview, “Tell Me About” for the self-service section in TotalAccess, MercerGOLD)

• Coordinate employee benefit data transfers with suppliers and internal customers

• Validate and/or correct employee data and research and prepare ad hoc reports, as needed

• Proactively collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders, primarily International Business Support, Human Resources, Global Integration and International Compensation and Benefits, on key initiatives and actions

• Support the continuous improvement of employee services delivered in the country/region and support other regional activities, as required

• Perform other duties as directed by Benefits Services
