Perform the duties as per the job description issued by the Department Head
- Issue locker keys, Towels, Class ticket to the guest
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Try to handle and resolve customer complaints. If not possible immediately report it to your direct supervisor or manager
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Perform customer verifications (By checking membership cards)
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Direct requests unresolved issues to your Department Head.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions (At the time of tour)
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with the co workers and Department Head.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Make sure that members and guest are following rules and regulation of the club.
- Organize files of each instructor and class in a clear and systematic way to ensure ease of retrieval
- Inform the membership department of any changes in member information
- Daily towel inventory
- Routinely re-order office supplies
- Routinely re-order water
- Update the class schedule leaflets
- Update events leaflets
- Follow opening and closing checklists as per the instruction of the Department Head
