Responsible for the execution of projects as per the quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
• Timely execute large HVAC projects as per the specification and requirements of the consultant or customer, in a satifactionary manner.
• Plan, deploy and contract resources for the projects under his supervision.
• Submit and obtain approval for all materials needed for projects.
• Co-ordinate with procurement engineers to ensure that materials are purchased and delivered on time.
• Achieve at least the budgeted gross margin for all handled projects.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings for HVAC works.
