The CRM Manager is responsible for collecting, interpreting, and customizing client’s database in order to come up with valuable information to improve client service; by efficiently maintaining the system up to date.
This role also requires in-depth knowledge of internal sales, marketing, quality and delivery policies and procedures in order to lead the evolution of the CRM system
