will be responsible for the professional handling of clients and colleagues, and all duties related to the above position, include but are not restricted to the following
7. Operations/Industry knowledge
8. All reports for clients must be completed with no error to ensure the highest customer service.
9. Department guidance and development and distribution of work to Warehouse employees or 3PL’s and ensure their 100% accuracy.
10. Immediate responses on customer queries and proactive resolution to problems.
11. Follow up with Warehouse employees and 3PL’s to ensure that the work is completed with 100% accuracy and in the required time frame.
12. To work with sales on related accounts to ensure that 100% compliance with reports and data are submitted within the required time frame.
