We are looking for a talented user experience and graphic designer to help us maintain the company’s products and direct the design of new features and enhancements. This person should have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and a knack for reducing the complex to the bare essentials.
- Strong interaction design skills: wire framing, prototyping, etc.
- The ability to position and control UI elements are necessary, along with an understanding of how to construct designs flexible enough to display across multiple browsers, screen sizes, platforms and devices.
- Ability to understand how the users will want to instinctively interact with the UI, and provide them with the ability to perform their tasks intuitively.
- Elicit constructive feedback and capable of interpreting that feedback into design solutions.
- Researching and analyzing industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites and strategies.
- Collaborate with others and work well with developers and product management.
- Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions.
- Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately.
- Presenting all documentation to internal teams and clients.
