My client, a leading financial organization in the UAE are looking to recruit a Test Manager to set up their Testing Centre Of Excellence.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing the execution of functional and non-functional testing such as; Performance tests (Volume, Stress, Load, Scalability and Capacity) that meet and exceed requirements.
This person will need to have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, and be experienced in different approaches to performance testing, software solutions and working with offshore testing organizations.
As well as the above you will be required to draw up testing strategies and plans.
You will need to have hands-on testing experience in Quality assurance and a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in automation tools like QTP, Selenium, UFT, Loadrunner etc.
You will also have designed and developed automation frame works.
Alongside this you will also have an excellent understand of automation scripting languages.
Will have worked within both an offshore/Onshore QA
You will need to have strong experience in test management and defect tracking tools and associated reports, such as HP Quality Center
