• This position provides technical proficiency required to install & configure, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot RF Communication Systems /product.
• Installing & configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting RF Communication Systems /product
• Analyzing and resolving routine technical issues (locally or remotely)
• Supporting other technicians (locally or remotely) who are experiencing routine technical issues
• Ensure total customer satisfaction with the customer's implementation experience. This is accomplished through the execution of product evaluations and installations, delivery of training and consulting on customer solutions and post implementation support.
• Can, with minimal assistance, install and configure, administer, maintain, and roubleshoot basic solutions/products.
• Can apply knowledge of the topics tested to solve common customer support issues in most routine situations
• Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; generating new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
• Give sales presentation on technical solutions for prospects
• Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
