1. Receiving, collecting and preparing the annual forecast plans for the needs of spare parts required for service from the demand planner.
2. Preparing monthly rolling plans for the needs of spare parts required for service from the demand planner.
3. Follow-up monthly plans (Rolling Plans) implementation per suppliers and the procurement department and reporting deviations to the planning manager to take the corrective actions.
4. Continuous coordination with supplier and attend monthly meetings (Supply / Demand Meeting) with them to review the plans and discuss the report attributed the achievement of the plan.
5. Issuing monthly reports related to suppliers plans achievements to planning manager and supply chain manager.
6. Continuous monitoring and effective in maintaining the preparation of minimum and maximum inventory stocks levels.
7. Work efficiently to achieve the max. Possible use to increase inventory turnover.
8. Continuous monitoring of spare parts not available in the sector (pending job orders) and makes it available ASAP.
9. Escalate all critical issues related to spare parts for the Planning manager to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.
10. Participation in the development of plans and objectives of planning department
11. Effective participation to building and updating the spare parts master data sheet for the sector.
12. Follow up continuously across supporting functions departments to negotiate and follow up new product launch spare parts initial orders.
13. Cooperation and participation with marketing team to supply all needs from FG in case of promotions.
14. Delivering final confirmed plans from planning manager to the supply logistics agents for plans executions.
15. Plan the monthly supply schedule to the supply logistics agents.
16. Follow up continuously across supporting functions departments to return rejected spare parts related to technical issues to suppliers.
17. Sending the initial plans to the ware house team for revision and alignment.
18. Coordinate with central warehouse for receiving plans.
19. Coordinate with demand planner and central warehouse to make branches and agents plans available on time.
20. Reviewing FG replacements related to shortage in spare parts.
