The purpose of the role is to Guide the success of a store by leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing the service environment and presenting a clean, neat and organized shopping environment for our customers



•People Management

•Follow up shop team through conducting meeting to discuss sales achievement vs. target and distribute roles to reach objectives.

•Train new and old team on how to handle customers in addition to product knowledge in terms of features and benefits.

•Set shop team attendance schedules according to business needs ad follow up implementation.

•Manage all inter shops transfers and communicate properly to HR manager

•Handle team grievances and disciplines

•Provide exemplary customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships.

•Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitors in order to identify our unique selling points

You will be responsible for the cash in the store

•Ensure appropriate stocks of products are available

•Conduct inventory of products as per standards and ensure accuracy

•Ensure team is aware of product and the brands handled and communicate features to customers properly.

•Check products proper arrangement on the shelves and tables

•Scheduled shifts for the sales team



Sales Management:



•Set targets for team daily/weekly/monthly.

•Motivate team to achieve their individual and store targets, and determine top and low performers

•Analyze shop and brand performance and take necessary action with approval from Operations manager

•Support all marketing activities



Shop Administration:



•Ensure all policies and procedures are followed properly

•Ensure cleanliness, safety and security of store is given high importance

•Ensure all returns, exchanges are made according to policy

•Ensure right in-store-ambience and al furnishings and fixtures are maintained in accordance with maintenance team

•Handle shop expenses vs. budget



Stock Presentation & Management:



•To ensure store has the correct stock package and required stock levels to maximize sales potential.

•Effectively communicates any changes in stock or store layout to all members of the team

•Ensure that each member follow the retail standard

•Maintaining the back store operation and replenishment of the merchandise
