Coordinates with Client and Contractor.
Liaises with other Authorities.
Advise son contractual and construction matters.
Coordinates forward planning.
Supervises, reviews, monitors and reports on progress.
Convenes and chairs regular site meetings.
Coordinates and monitors activities of his team.
Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of records.
Issues site instructions.
Gives final approval to Works and arrange Handover.
Supervises Contractor’s works to achieve construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Reviews Contractor’s Submissions.
Provides all necessary on-site direction.
Supervises site inspection staff.
Checks measure of work done.
Observes site safety practices.
Advises on contractor’s resource allocation.
Ensures correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings.
Complies with safety, health and risk management
