•Acts as software/system Integrator: Install, upgrade, test and deploy patches or new custom solutions at customers’ premises or remotely.
•Act as software implementer: Gather Data, implement, test, train, and deploy software at customers’ premises or remotely.
•Monitor junior integrators/support engineers, guide them through system integration and train them on existing products and solutions as necessary.
•Act as a Support engineer (level 1, 2, and 3)
