Position: Senior Business Development ManagerLocation: QatarSalary: USD 13,000 - 16,000 (all-inclusive) dependent upon experienceATA GSS have an exciting opportunity for a City Services Senior Managerto be based in Qatar with a leading Project Management Company (PMC) in the GCC.

Their vision is to become one of the top five global PMCs by 2020.Key Accountabilities:
- Propose business development initiatives that enhance the quality of the real estate project deliverables. Provide advice on best practice legal structures with benchmarks for business development initiatives related to the development.- Recommend the strategy for the operations of the utilities and public facilities within the development.- Manage the procurement process for the operators and advise on the type and requirements of the operation agreement(s).- Assist in drafting of suitable service agreements with the facility and municipal management service providers and in the negotiations on key terms and financial analysis. Assist in drafting agreements with the relevant governmental entities.- Advise on all Joint Venture opportunities together with their related business models and its scope. Develop the framework agreement and align to the corporate structure and strategy.- Advise on all related joint ventures and strategic alliance initiatives as part of the overall objectives of the development.- Liaising with the third party developers to evaluate their delivery capability.- Advise on the creation of incentive schemes to assist the third party developers in commencing and / or completing their developments.- Carry out the due diligence on all third party developers / investors within the development with the aim to identify their financial criteria's and the ability to qualify for any incentive schemes.- Analyze and recommend initiatives to serve as catalysts for the development to align with the market drivers to include but not be limited to funding, end user finance, and construction finance and design and development criteria. Produce consolidated investment memorandum for
the development.- Identify and assist with the structuring of investment vehicles for the development components.- Assist with the preparation of fund raising initiatives for public private partnership projects. Propose exit strategies as may be required through the development life cycle.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Finance or Business Administration- Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant practical business development, property management and valuation experience in major real
estate development projects- Practical experience in the MENA region real estate industry (preferred)- Practical experience in major real estate projects development management (i.e. High-rise buildings, - Hotels and City Operation and City Infrastructure development)- Professional knowledge in real estate development management, program management, financial analysis, property appraisals, business
analysis, financial modelling & market analysis.- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to different management styles
