- Full responsibility for managing teams

- Escalation level for clients on regional and tactical level

- High level customer communication and customer satisfaction

- Pro-active communication to customer planning, control, execution of clearly defined work processes

- Provide recommendations proactively for best practice and present actionable solutions

- Identify trends and business needs and translate them into process improvements

- Determine business strategy and define project objectives

- Create and develop business plans and ensure their continuous enforcement

- Assume full responsibility for human resource planning, create utilization plans and ensure the maximum utilization of the operating staff

- Coach and develop operations managers and team leads based on existing development plans

- Generalist - ability to handle all aspects of human resources

- Monitor SOWs and POs on a non-strategic level

- Interact with involved parties in regards to accounting, bookkeeping and payroll accounting

- Analyse the cost structure on an ongoing basis and continuously strive to achieve the best price

- Ensure that customer objectives are achieved

- Determine and take the needed measures in order to enable the team to meet customer objectives

- Promote activities and acquire new local clients

- Develop existing clients further to increase their current business
