We are urgently looking for a Sales manager for one of our major clients in the Oil & Gas sector to be based in Doha Qatar.
Must have experience in the Oil and Gas drilling sector.
The Sales Manager will plan, organize, lead, manage and control the activities of the sales force.
As part of the management team, develop and implement tactics that enhance the ability to achieve its corporate mission and execute its aggressive growth plans.
Implement the recommendations of the strategic marketing/sales plan. Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to management. Produce monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast based on bottom-up opportunities documented in CRM.
Evaluate operational issues to determine whether competitive and staying current with latest trends in Safety Management Systems.
Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments Assist in or produce feasibility studies, business plans for new market segments. Demonstrate knowledge of, and supports, Company mission, vision, value statements, standard, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
Execute 12 month sales budget and plan.
Preferance will be given to candidates currnelty based in Qatar with a transfereable NOC.
