Purpose:
To provide professional support to the Hiring Managers across all talent sourcing activities in KSA.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Receive Vacancy Requisition Form and post vacancies on Applicant Tracking System in addition to other online websites and social media.
• Source a pipeline of fully qualified candidates by screening job applications and short-listing candidates in line with the job specs, and respond to hiring managers in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to ascertain candidates’ availability and expectations.
• Send shortlisted applications to the Hiring Manager and follow up for feedback.
• Participate in formal interviews when needed.
• Follow up with the Mobility Coordinator on visa applications to ensure timely mobilization of new employees.
