In adopting an individual who has both the strategic vision as well as the solution orientated mindset to develop relationship at all levels, including the kitchen; this individual will be additionally responsible for developing a culture of ‘Chefmanship’ across the regions sales teams.
Working closely with cross functional teams, including developing the right targeted marketing support and sales strategy, your core responsibility will be the driver of change, ensuring that all local cluster markets beat to the sound of the strategic drum you create ensuring an effective and consistant change to the way the food service channel is operated.
